First and foremost we provide a good time!  Depending on which service you choose, the Rambling Buzz team will be on time and prepared for your event.  From providing the satellite bars to the bar ware, drink garnishes, ice, mixers and disposable beer, wine and cocktail cups .  Our team can do it all!

If there is no power onsite, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

From beer, wine, champagne, kombucha, dirty sodas, to signature cocktails and mocktails, to coffee and lemonade. We customize a menu for every event.

We have worked very hard to be in consistent compliance with all state and local laws, and extensive training. Rambling Buzz has $2M in general liability insurance and $1M in liquor liability insurance.

Due to Wisconsin licensing regulations we cannot sell you alcohol.  We have partnerships with several local liquor stores to offer you the best pricing as well as seamless pick up.  Our team will serve the alcohol that is supplied by the event organizer or third party.

So how much alcohol will you need you ask?

We’ve got you covered!  We can help you calculate the amount of alcohol based on hours of service and number of guests.                                                                                                  

And the best part?  By sourcing your own alcohol you actually save a lot of money!

Yes, our bartenders are TIPS certified and trained.  They are also extremely personable so your guests will receive impeccable customer service.

Every event is different so rather than providing a general package, we will tailor a custom proposal just for you and your event!  Cost is generally calculated based on bar type, number of service hours, number of bartenders needed, drink service and number of guests.

We recommend booking as early as possible especially for peak wedding season (May through October). And holiday parties. Popular dates can book up 6-12 months in advance. However, we often have availability for last-minute events, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon!
